Born in Prevalle (BS) on 5 July 1947.

For decades she has participated as Director in the associations of the CNA – National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises at various levels, from provincial to national, and as member of other executive bodies.
In June 2000, she was awarded the honorary title of Commander by the Italian Republic.
